All Return/ Exchange Cases should be conveyed by customer to us within 48 hours of the delivery time by writing us on info@chamdewallah.com. Quick & Prompt Response is guaranteed by us which includes a personal call as well.
Upon confirmation by us , product should be returned to us as soon as possible.
After 2 weeks, Chamdewallah holds the right to refuse any refund or exchange.
If there is manufacturer’s defect, the product can be replaced with a new one, or reimbursed.
Return will be credited in the same form as the original payment type ( online only ).
Any damage occurred during transportation should be notified to us immediately upon receiving via email.
